Each of us experiences different types of body pain. In the midst of busy life, it is not possible to take proper rest and receive treatment. But we can easily do exercises to get rid of body pain. We can prevent body pains by choosing the right type of exercise. As soon as you wake up in the morning, lie straight in bed and keep your neck pressed against the pillow.
Do this 10 times. Similarly press the shoulder parts to the scalp and hold for 10 seconds. Do this also 10 times. Then fold the eggs and take the other leg over one knee and hold it. Then lean from the middle side and this time look without bending your arms. Similarly, then fold the bead and bring it inside the chest.
Keep the bent leg supported by the hands and the other leg should be kept straight. Do this for both legs 10 times for 10 seconds. Fifth exercise After straightening one leg, lift it up and hold the toe part for 10 seconds. Another method is to stretch the leg out of the bed and keep it straight and repeat this ten times.
After sitting cross-legged on the bed, take the torta and place it under your feet and pull it with your hands. Pull like this without bending your knees.
